How it works

After making an appointment, our estimator will return to our home office to prepare a typed proposal contract. We can forward this completed estimate to you via your email, fax or with a hard copy through the mail; or we can give you a call!

We believe customer service is paramount. Helping you make a sound, knowledgeable decision about your roof is what we are here for. We want our customers to feel good about the choice they make; it is very important to us!

If you would like to accept our contract, we require a signed contract and deposit, per the terms of payment. Work will be scheduled within the designated time frame as discussed with the customer.
